Contests are open to listeners 18 and older and who legally reside in the U.S. Employees of Citadel Broadcasting Company, it's affiliates, advertising agencies, participating sponsors and or promotional partners, other local area radio stations and members of their immediate families and anyone residing within the same household are ineligible to participate or to win!

One winner per household per contest  each 30 days.  Matchgame winners are allowed to participate only one time during the contest.

Winners must provide social security number, valid state issued photo I.D. and meet all eligibility requirements. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes won and must sign a release and pick up prizes in person within 30 days at the station during normal business hours, or forfeit the prize. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferrable. 92.5 KJJY may substitute prize of greater or equal value. The management of 92.5 KJJY shall be the contest judges and all decisions are final. 92.5 KJJY may stop contests or modify contest rules and dates at anytime for any reason. Modifications will be announced on air, when practical.
