Jason Aldean, Morgan Wallen and Riley Evans totally rocked Wells Fargo Arena!

Man oh man did I have a great time at Jason Aldean’s We Back Tour last night!

The show was fantastic from the openers, all the way to Jason himself! I think a good way to describe it would be electric!

Riley Green kicked off the night. His set was amazing. It was great hearing “There Was This Girl” and “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” live. I have been listening to his music for the past couple of months, and have found a few new favorite songs. One of those is entitled “Numbers on the Cars.” It really hits home for me when I think about my Grandfather who I just lost a weeks ago. It’s one of those songs I’ll remember for the rest of my life because of where and when I heard it. Last night, I had the chance to tell Riley what the song meant to me.  That moment is something I’ll never forget, and maybe one of the coolest interactions I’ve ever had with an artist.

Morgan Wallen was up next. It’s crazy how popular he has gotten in such a short amount of time!  So many people were singing along to his music while he rocked the stage. More people than I hear for most openers. It was like he brought a party to the Well and everyone was on board with it right away. He finished the set with his big hit “Whiskey Glasses,” and that really got the crowd going. It was also really nice to hear him cover Jason Isbell’s “Cover Me Up” too.

Wallen is a really genuine all around cool guy! His persona on stage is just like it is in real life. While talking with him back stage, I had a blast. He treated me like a good friend. I even felt the need to grow myself a mullet! He rocks it so well!

Finally, the headliner, Jason Aldean took the stage. I’ve always heard he knew how to put on a concert and pump up a crowd, and I’m so glad I finally got to see it for myself! Along with the fun party songs, he rocks the ballads like “Big Green Tractor” and “Drowns the Whiskey” too!

Ever since the “Wide Open” record I’ve admired Aldean.  I used to listen to that CD on repeat! It was so awesome seeing hits from that record, and all of his others, be played out on stage!

I had an absolute blast last night! It was such an honor meeting all three artists and see them perform their hit music to an amazing crowd!
